Arrival Information • On arrival Park near the sign in the driveway and come to reception. If the reception is un–attended buzz Unit 16 or ring 0414 462 559. • Your room will have a Pure Balance Retreat folder with virtually everything you need to know. • Apartments are privately owned so there are no phones in your apartment. • Wireless Internet available free in Office. • Internet facilities are availabe in the video shop opposite the resort. • On arrival coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper & Pure Balance personal toiletries are all provided. If you require anything special during your stay the Welcome Mart and Pharmacy are just down the street or Coles at Kincumber is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. • Naturally we provide all linen and bath towels but you do need to bring beach towels etc; The units have a full laundry. The beds are made up on arrival. • Please place all rubbish in plastic bags and tie securely. The large household bin & the recycling bins are in the front driveway. We do appreciate you taking your rubbish to the bins! • On final departure please leave the keys in the little basket on the kitchen bar…$200 is kept for lost keys to replace the lock. • We ask that requests from management be respectfully followed...

Yearly Temperatures Our Local temperature is similiar to Sydney as we are only 1 hour away on the coast. Summer (December to February) temperatures range from 20'C night to 30'C during the day (with occasional hotter days during January and February). Autumn (March to May) temperatures range from 15' C night to 23'C during the day. Winter (June to August) temperatures range from 5'C night to 15'C during the day. How to get to Pure Balance We will organise how we will meet up with you well before your arrival. If you are driving, follow the directions we give you to your accomodation and we will be there to meet you and help you settle in. If you are travelling by train or plane we will meet up with you as pre-organised.

Airport & Train Pickup Service If you are traveling via aeroplane, the closest regional airport is Newcastle, we can pick you up from Newcastle airport if needed, a fee of $60 is charged each way for each pick up or drop off. If you are arriving into Sydney (Kingsford Smith International Airport) we can organize a shuttle service for you to arrive at your accommodation. If you will be arriving via train the closest station is Woy Woy. We can pick you up from Woy Woy station, a fee of $25 is charged each way for each pick up or drop off. If you are arriving via aeroplane into Sydney (domestic or international Airport) you can catch the train to the Central Coast, disembark at Woy Woy station and we can pick you up as above, or we can organize an airport pick up and drop off service for you. The fee each way is approx $50.

What to bring with you You will be relaxing on your retreat, so bring comfortable cloths that you you can hang out in. I always suggest bringing a journal to document your retreat or healing sessions, walking shoes, swimmers and any personal care products you need. If you forget something, we have all the essential shops close by so you can easily go to the local shops which is is just a 1 minute walk from your accommodation.
