It was a busy lead up to Christmas this year and now its time to regroup and clear the decks for 2014.
I want to thank everyone who attended the free classes to help raise money for the claws and paws central coast and RSPCA central coast. We raised $100 so this will be split and donated to both organizations.
I hope you all had a wonderful experience and learnt more about yourself and how to simply care for your health and wellbeing.
Weekly Classes will resume in February, so these will be shared via facebook and if you are signed up to my news you will receive a notification.
