How to Use your Essences and Gem Elixirs

These instructions have been specifically developed for Platinum Alchemy Gem & Flower Essence Therapy and the Platinum Alchemy Gem Elixirs Combinations.

Each elixir and essence is made of a complex range of Australian Wild Flowers, gems and minerals or just gems and minerals, to balance emotions. awaken awareness, clear energy pathways and chakras activating light to support and promote energetic balance and realignment of body, emotions, mind and spirit. The flowers Essences and Gem Elixirs are used in the following ways…

1.  TAKING ESSENCES & ELIXIRS ORALLY

ADULTS

Add 7 drops (essence) or 7 drops (elixir) to half a glass of water; drink in several mouthfuls paying conscious attention to where remedy is goes within the body. This indicates where the aura is damaged and is requiring repair, reweaving or where there are energy distortions in need of Platinum Alchemy Transformation. The remedy works instantly to seal the aura and bring awareness to areas in need to support.

ESSENCE Take 2 times a day.
ELIXIR Take 2 times a day

CHILDREN 11 to 14 years

Add 4 drops (essence) or 4 drops (elixir) to half a glass of water drink in several mouthfuls, consciously as adult above. Ask child to feel into their body.

ESSENCE Take 2 times a day
ELIXIR Take 2 times a day

CHILDREN 18 months to 10 years

Add 2 drops (essence) or 2 drops (elixir) to half a glass of water or juice drink in several mouthfuls. Ask child where the remedy is felt.

ESSENCE Take 2 times a day
ELIXIR Take 2 times a day

BABIES newborn up to 18 months

Add 2 drops (essence) or 2 drops (elixir) into ¼ cup of pure or boiled water, give in sips 2 times throughout a day, or dip clean dummy into water for child to take, or add to water bottle and give small drinks throughout the day.

2. USING ESSENCES & ELIXIRS IN THE BATH

ADULTS

Add 12 drops to bath water, use no soap in this bath, and just relax in bath for 20 minutess to assist aura repair and re balance. Pure Balance Crystal Detox ‘Spirit Detox Bath’ can also be used in the bath with an essence. If using ‘Spirit Detox Bath’ use according to full bath instructions and add essence to bath.

CHILDREN

Add 4 drops to bath water, let child play and relax (supervised) in bath without soap 10 minutes. Pure Balance Crystal Detox ‘Spirit Detox Bath’ can also be used in the bath with an essence. If using ‘Spirit Detox Bath’ use according to full bath instructions for children and add essence to bath.

BABIES to 18 months

Add 2 drops to bath water, let child play and relax (supervised) in bath 5-10 minutes. Pure Balance Crystal Detox ‘Spirit Detox Bath’ can also be used in the bath with an essence. If using ‘Spirit Detox Bath’ use according to full bath instructions for Infants and add essence to bath.

3. USING ESSENCE or ELIXIR AS AN AURA MIST

Fill a 25 or 50ml glass bottle with distilled water. Add 7 drops of chosen remedy to the bottle cap with an aerosol mister. Spray freely around aura and face throughout the day to tone and freshen to aura.
